Australian Human Resource services and consulting company providing high quality human capital solutions to leading organisations is seeking an Human Resources Assistant for several of its global offices. There are exciting opportunities for people with strong business development and client management skills to join our multidisciplinary team to take full responsibility for management of client accounts and sales.
These are highly visable roles reporting to the National Manager. Your objective is to manage the daily running of a group of client accounts, target new and existing clients for business growth, implement marketing initiatives and deliver long term satisfaction to all clients in support of corporate objectives and strategy.
You will demonstrate business awareness and have a strong commitment to quality customer service. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a proven track record in sales. Experience in HR / Health industry will be highly regarded.
