.Net Developer/Team Leader Full Time
We are looking for an experienced .Net Developer, that can lead a team;
This role will be responsible for:
- Management of IT projects in the technical area.
- Directing 2 web developers and a network administrator in order to achieve operational and project outcomes.
- Contributing to the development of strategic directions.
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent programming skills.
- Highly proficient with .Net, C#, JaveScript, ASP, HTML, SQL and XML.
- An understanding and application of OO design and analysis.
- Experience with all aspects of software development (i.e., requirement analysis, design, coding, integration and testing)
- Supervisory experience of a technical or project team.
- Well developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to consult and negotiate effectively with both external and internal customers and providers.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload to meet project goals within tight deadlines.
- Tertiary qualifications in information technology or a related disipline.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience with Windows 2000/2003 servers, IIS, MS Sql and network maintenance.
